PCA Training

PCA TRAINING - SESSION #2 IS Monday February 6th.

The PCA training course is required for all San Carlos Managers and Coaches. This is a yearly requirement so even if you attended PCA last year, you are required to attend this year. Any parent/adult must be PCA certified to be on the field or in the dugout during practices or games. There will be no exceptions.

SCLL believes strongly in providing a positive experience for all youth athletes. We are a big supporter of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). PCA is a national nonprofit organization committed to providing all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience. More info can be found at http://www.positivecoach.org/

There are 2 different session times. You will only need to attend one:
Location: San Carlos Library A & B
#1 - Saturday January 28th, 12:00 to 3:00
#2 - Monday February 6th, 6:00 to 9:00 PM

As always THANK YOU for volunteering your time to make Little League a great experience for all of our players and parents!

Volunteers Needed!!!!

SCLL depends on volunteers to make the season a great success. If you would like to Manage or Coach, please download, fill out and submit the Volunteer application at one of the in-person sign up sessions when paying. You will need to bring in a valid ID along with the application. If you can't Manage or Coach, please consider volunteering for a team position to make it easier for your Manager and Coaches to focus on the team and your child. If everyone pitches in, your child's baseball experience will be a great one!

Please download the Volunteer Application here: Volunteer Form. Fill out and bring with a valid ID (which will be copied) to the in-person sign up session.

Youth Umpires

SCLL is looking for youth umpires for the upcoming season. If you know of anyone interested in becoming a youth umpire please contact our Chief Umpire at leeandjo@pacbell.net
